Making laws in government goes a long way, there are some selfish leaders that makes law that benefit them and there love ones (the rich) without even considering the citizen of that nation.
Here is my idea, In order to make good laws in any government house should base on two important points.
1. Reasons for that law
2. Who is going to benefit (Citizens or Government?)

All motor vehicles should have a test switch for all external lights. May be some do, but considering its a requirement to get your drivers licence there should be a feature like this on all vehicles sold new. As its impossible to check your brake lights with out help or a old stick.
A simple idea that will add approximately 20% profit and zero cost to the toothpaste company. Simply enlarge the size of the hole on the toothpaste tube by 20%, and market it as better and more thorough "tooth care". Or we can change the name to something "Max", to emphasise enlargement of something but not specifying what exactly.
