Roadside Memorials along Australian roads are a big part for Motorists to see in reality that accidents happen to reel people and affected reel people who have lost love ones. RMS or a road authority or even a private organisation need to create a App that overlays Australian roads (Google Maps for example) pinpointing locations where people have been killed in road accidents. People put there lives at risk to defend their property from the onslaught of a bushfire.
My idea to fire proof property is with the use of water pump and dedicated water tank. You set up a series of spray sprinklers on the roof and under the eaves.
When a fire approaches you start the pump and the spray sprinklers wet down you roof and gutters, thus stopping flying embers catching your house on fire. The water running into the gutters will flow back into the tank giving a prolon...

Buy Australia! Australian Government or some other organisation should create a rating system for supermarkets and shops, that support Australian products the best. The rating would be based on how well the shop promotes Australian products on their shelves and signs through out the shop. So if Woolworth appeared to be promoting Australian products more it could get a better rating then Coles for example; Shoppers would feel more compelled to shop in a ...
