People put there lives at risk to defend their property from the onslaught of a bushfire.
My idea to fire proof property is with the use of water pump and dedicated water tank. You set up a series of spray sprinklers on the roof and under the eaves.
When a fire approaches you start the pump and the spray sprinklers wet down you roof and gutters, thus stopping flying embers catching your house on fire. The water running into the gutters will flow back into the tank giving a prolon...
A tool cabinet could be produced that has sensitive scales that knows the weight of the tools in the cabinet, each tool could be weighed in or checked in or the Tool Cabinet could be supplied new with Tools in it, so the Electronic interface or a Bluetooth App on your phone can tell you what tools are missing or most likely what tools are missing. The cabinet could have a light on it that turns Red when tools are missing or being used and not in the cabinet. The Cabinet could have a green light...
My idea is for a product that can be easily slipped over 240v power tool cable to give the cable protection from hot sparks and general hazards in the workshop. This product could all so be used on leads in the work shop or even fitted by a Tester and Tagger when equipment is being inspected. Image attached shows power tools using basic automotive cable protection but not up to the standard required in the work shop and shows a badly damaged cable from sparks.
Get energy suppliers to provide an app that will either make your phone or GPS send out an alert when near power lines. This could save lives-recently a local farmer was killed when his machinery made contact with overhead power lines, not realising that was the problem he got out of his tractor thus electrocuting himself, if he had an app that sent a special noise/vibration out he would have been aware of what had happpened.
When Ikea producers Bar Chairs but all so any thing with legs, Ikea could have a permanent line or a removal sticker in 1 cm increments up from the bottom of the leg so you can cut legs of to allow for the chair to be shortened easily for people that are not so handy. It might all so help to sell a kit to do the job..
